Why do we use Salesforce to develop and train our youth? The system is very robust yet easy to navigate. We also feel as an organization and a team Salesforce shares in our values. We have provided a couple short videos below to help us explain.

Our Box Office Team Leadership Philosophy
To develop our youth’s individual leadership style through the performing arts and its administrative setting.
It is the responsibility of our leaders to make sure a typical team member is able to excel by ensuring they have the proper resources and support required to complete their assignments. Our leaders are a crucial part of ensuring the success of OKTC and as such always live the organizations values. Nurturing our culture is one of the more challenging responsibilities of our leaders. They must always stress teamwork, value everyone's idea's and encourage a learning environment. We can all learn from each other.

- To educate, coach and mentor our youth on the skills necessary to develop into effective leaders.
- To train and empower our Team Leaders to give input and coach others on our organizational values, culture and direction.
- To empower our youth to use their unique leadership styles to inspire the organization as a whole.
